  Wythe Presbyterian is a warm, welcoming house of worship that stays connected to its faith, its traditions, and its community.
  
  I am not a member (nor am I a Presbyterian), but I am a regular attendee. Wythe has undergone many changes in the last few years. The pastor is working hard to create a community, based on clearly articulated sermons. Add in a very involved congregation and you get a home, not just a layover.
  
  The church was recently recognized for their efforts at helping the immigrant communities of Hampton.
  
  Come by WPC, you will immediately become part of the community.

  This use to be the best church in Wythe with a close and caring congregation. Some of the nicest people I have ever met use to go there. Unfortunately not anymore...they have left this church, including me, because of what it has become. The person who attempts to give a sermon for those that are left is woefully inadequate to serve as a minister. His sermons are from U Tube and not the bible. He has absolutely no business being the pastor of any church. His conduct is embarrassing to many. The only reason this church is still open is because he merged it with a Myanmar ministry who is tithing enough to pay him a salary. If they stopped tithing, he would boot them out.
