  I have tried to get them to send me a contract for the opening and closing of my grave site And they just refuse to cooperate with me. I want to prepay for item so my family does not have to deal with it. I have tried for two weeks with no results. I guess they do not care about anyone. Maybe the BBB will find out why they refuse to cooperate.
