  From Day 1 we felt welcomed at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. I have a 15 minute rule about new churches. If no one comes up to talk to me and welcome me to the new church that church is history. Many churches don't pass this test, but Gloria Dei passed it in less then 2 minutes. This church is geared to make newcomers feel a part of the congregation when you set foot in the door.
  Now for content: The sermons are exceptional. The service never drags. Children and teens are an integral part of the service and the teens at Gloria Dei are some of the most respectful I have met. They are very much woven into the fabric of the church. This church uses the Bible as an every day teaching tool. It is not a place for the judgmental or those that want a strict adherence to archaic laws. But it does base itself on the two basic commandments, "Love God before all others and Love thy neighbor as thyself." If you are looking for a place for worship and welcome this is a Hampton gem.

  Both of our daughters attended the daycare services when they were young. Our son is soon to be two and just started and we LOVE it there. He has so much structure but also feels loved and looks forward to running in that door every morning and finding the breakfast lady :). Can't recommend it enough!

  i went to this school in pre-k-1rst grade but then i moved to florida the techers are really nice im in middle school now in 6th grade

  I attended this school for kindergarten and and 1st grade. Chapel was lit.
